When I enter my credentials, the connection hangs and eventually fails with nothing happening.

Please make sure to check your network configuration, and any firewall policies that may block traffic on the port used to connect to our data warehouse.

I manage several companies on Pennylane, how can I retrieve data from all of them in one connection?

Since January 2024, the credentials used in data sharing reflect the user’s permissions on Pennylane.

If you were using a firm or business owner access until now, you can simply re-enable data sharing via your connectivity settings, and replace your old credentials with the new ones in the tools you use. Without any service interruption or data loss, your new credentials will give you access to all companies you have sufficient rights on in Pennylane.
